I would like to introduce myself. My name is Gregg Jackson, I am from Glen Allen Va. And I am the land use coordinator for the VA4WD.
I have been working very hard on my rig for the last couple of months, but now that she is near completion, (
for now anyhow) I need to focus on spreading the word about our ****oc.
I have already contacted the VA forestry dept. And ran into a red tape wall. I do not feel this issue is dead yet, but I need to be able to show how much time is actually spent on the trail, and what kinds of things we do for the enviroment.
I have some ideas on paths to take, but I can alway's use your input. Any isdea's you may have, or contacts you may know, please forward them on to me.
Also when a trail ride or clean up is done, please fill out the form below and send it in. It does not matter if it is only 2 of you or 100. Trail clean up or just a afternoon on the trail.

I was at my 1st GWNF planning meeting tonight. There were enough people there that we split up into 7 groups of about 20 each. I was the only one in my group that was there for OHV use. There were timber people, anti timber people, more wilderness, less wilderness, more front country, more back country, less everything. There were some ATV'rs, and bicyclists, horseback riders. We need some attendance. We need to show we are serious about this. There will be a second set of these in April, but this is one step further. If you can make it out please come out, and voice your opinion. Thanks --
